Supervision is an important aspect of my professional development and is an NCP requirement. I have supervision through Simply Changing Ltd, an NCP recognised supervision provider.
Do you have a Code of Conduct?
As a member of the NCP, I adhere to the NCP's Code of Conduct, which can be found here.
Do you have professional indemnity cover?
Yes, I have professional indemnity cover through Holistic Insurance Services.
Can I speak to people you have coached?
Yes, several previous clients will be happy to chat with you about their coaching experience. Please let me know if you would like me to arrange that.
Will you be able to give me advice and tell me what to do?
As your coach, I won’t give you advice and I won’t tell you what to do.
For a start, any advice I give would be based on my preferences, my values and beliefs and my view of the world…you may not share my worldview and what works for me would not necessarily work for you.
Additionally, by giving advice, I would be denying you the opportunity to deepen your own insight and to develop and grow.
Transformational coaching isn’t about me offering you suggestions and solutions. My role is to empower you to think for yourself, develop and trust your own judgement and to become an autonomous and self-confident woman - a woman who believes that she is Enough.
I trust that once you tune into your inner wisdom and start listening to its whisperings - hidden beneath the din of your internal critical dialogue - you will know your own way forward and you will find the answers you are looking for.
